To register and maintain an Account on tng11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

tng11's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tng11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tng11 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform reliability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service unavailability for which tng11 accepts no liability.
tng11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, and to withold or forfeit any associated Balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
A User wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting tng11's support team via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal following completion of KYC verification and subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit tng11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
